121 Training

This continues to prove a very successful service for riders of all abilities. Have your sessions pre planned, administered and reported back to you by Head Coach Scott Maclean. These sessions work completely with your existing fitness. They use power, heart rate, speed and offer pedal efficiency feedback after each session. All sessions are carried out on a Wattbike Pro or the very latest Wattbike Atom.

  • • Training delivered in professional studio on Wattbike with all metrics calculated and downloadable to your own training platforms eg Strava, Training Peaks etc
  • • Post Training Report that breaks down performance.

3 x sessions

  • • Sessions planned via coach consultation to work within any existing training plan.
  • • Training delivered in professional studio on Wattbike with all metrics calculated and downloadable to your own training platforms eg Strava, Training Peaks etc
  • • Calculation of body composition metrics including fat%, muscle% and visceral fat score.
  • • Post Training Report that breaks down performance.

5 x sessions

£150
  • • Sessions planned via coach consultation to work within any existing training plan.
  • • Training delivered in professional studio on Wattbike with all metrics calculated and downloadable to your own training platforms eg Strava, Training Peaks etc
  • • Calculation of body composition metrics including fat%, muscle% and visceral fat score.
  • • Pre and Post VO2 max test to assist with demonstrating progression from training.
