Team Kinetic riders don’t have to worry about choosing a particular level of package. Head coach, Scott Maclean, directly handles all riders. He is one of the most respected coaches in the country and YOU will progress under his guidance. He believes greatly that riders are not limited to a set time allocation with him and they have an appropriate support package to progress them. Kinetics’ results speak for themselves but they all come with rider commitment and professional guidance. A simple but very effective formulae. You will be hard pushed to find such a service for such a price anywhere in the country. This is why spaces are filled quickly!

Kinetic Training Plan Package

  • Consultation and Goal Setting
  • Periodisation planning with optional stability and strength conditioning added to plans
  • Setting of specific training zones (heart and/or power) via lab style test.
  • Training Peaks Basic Account synced with Kinetic Coaching Platform
  • Individually tailored cycling training sessions delivered on a week to week up to 2 week basis.
  • Training log and data files reviewed weekly, feedback is given via Training Peaks and any necessary changes are made.
  • No limit to coach contact! You are part of the Kinetic family.
  • Race planning support.
  • Nutritional advice and support.
  • Client only emails and discounts with all Kinetic partners which include physio and tech support to name a few.
